Haven is a tribal advocacy program dedicated to providing a safe, judgement-free, space for survivors to seek the services and resources they need. Our advocates have over a decade of experience working with domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking survivors in our local community.
Haven currently provides advocacy and services to all Eastern Shawnee and Eastern Shawnee employees, regardless of where they live, and non-members within the tribe’s service area of Ottawa County Oklahoma, and the cities of Vinita, Grove, Jay Oklahoma, and Seneca MO.
Our program is funded by the Department of Justice – Office on Violence Against Women, Office for Victims of Crime, and the Department of Health and Human Services – Family Violence Prevention and Services Program.
