There is positive news coming out of Tennessee this month related to domestic violence. While this law is specific to Tennessee, we’re really encouraged to see this kind of progress and what it represents for victims and survivors more broadly. According to SPARC (the Stalking Prevention and Awareness Resource Center), “There is a real and frighteningly significant connection between stalking and intimate partner violence. Stalking often co-occurs with intimate partner violence and can be an indicator of other forms of violence.
