Hello all –
The Holiday season has hit and Haven has put together an event to remind us all that simple acts of kindness or cheer can go a long way in relieving the stress and anxiety that we’re all feeling right now. While COVID seems to be pushing all our buttons, stress is a constant in our every day lives, let’s do our part to spread simple acts of kindness and cheer and see the magic that they can work in someone’s day.
“A single act of kindness throws out roots in all directions,
and the roots spring up and make new trees”
Amelia Earhart

We’ve been told we are living in “unprecedented times”. We and our kids are feeling the anxiety, fear, and depression that come with these times. Let’s show that we know how to spread an unprecedented amount of kindness and cheer and let those around us know, they are NOT alone!
