Haven FYI – Friday December 29, 2023

Hello everyone –

As we round out our Haven FYI emails for 2023 we wanted to provide a useful tool for the stress that can often come with this time of year.   Whether it be from the cold dark days of winter, the rush and expense of trying to create the “perfect” Christmas (whatever that is right) – we could all use a few tools to slow our bodies down and reduce our stress.

When you’re feeling overwhelmed – take a few minutes – find a quiet space and watch and find a bit of peace for the upcoming year.

(If this one isn’t your cup of tea – explore Youtube – there are endless options) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZToicYcHIOU&list=PLgdxvG3Ulbidz8n_l3rZdcAADnDJ6NFHO&index=6&ab_channel=Calm.

Or this one – only 5 minutes and more visual = https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PIzWG8kkr6w&ab_channel=UnearthCompassion.

Remember, whatever you’re going through – you’re  not alone!
