Survivors of domestic violence often feel overwhelmed by financial and emotional obstacles when leaving the abusive situation. Haven offers a place of refuge for clients to share their story while receiving the help they need to regroup and begin the next chapter of their lives. Services provided are unique to each person’s situation. Some clients walk out with only the clothes on their back, some have experienced physical trauma, many have children who have witnessed the abuse, most no longer trust their instincts, and all deserve to make their own decisions in an atmosphere of safety.
